Mt. Lebanon Dermatology Associates has recently purchased the newest, updated Phototherapy System called Narrowband UVB. This is a highly effective and very safe therapy for the treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis-eczema, vitiligo, rashes of unknown cause( which resist conventional therapy), and mycosis fungoides(which is a lymphoma of the skin). This new phototherapy unit will replace our old phototherapy unit which we have used successfully for over 20 years.
